If your ability to carry out a particular job is likely to be affected by a disability, we will take reasonable steps to identify and implement ways of overcoming these difficulties.
Two Ticks Scheme. GCHQ guarantees to invite disabled candidates who meet the minimum criteria for appointment to the next stage of the selection process, whether this is written tests or an interview. In addition, we can also make reasonable adjustments at these stages (such as providing additional time for dyslexic applicants) so long as you make us aware in advance.
Final selection for appointment will be on merit and qualification for the role.
