IT Services rolesAs a GCHQ IT Services Infrastructure Engineer you will design, implement, support and maintain a complex and technologically advanced IT infrastructure. As well as working collaboratively with well-known vendors such as CISCO and JUNIPER.

In IT Service Management you will be involved in the implementation and management of quality IT capability to meet business demands and the pace of the mission, as well as providing a variety of services that enable different areas of GCHQ to work effectively together.
We have a diverse range of IT Service Management roles supporting the lifecycle of our infrastructure. These include First Line support, Problem Management and IT Availability as well as specialist areas such as the management of our Data Centres, Software and IT Accounts.
